We offer free international shipping on all orders above €100.

 

EUROPE

Deliveries are made within 4 to 6 working days from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. A tracking number will be provided so that you can locate your package at any time. 

USA + REST OF THE WORLD

Deliveries are made within 3 to 15 days from Monday to Saturday morning, except on public holidays. The indicative time frame for the main European destinations is 4 to 6 days. A tracking number will be provided so that you can locate your package at any time. Your package will be delivered to you in person or delivered to your mailbox. If the package does not fit into your mailbox, it will be made available in the post office to which you belong. You will then have 10 working days from the arrival of your package to come collect it. After this time it will be returned to Pigeon Paper Company.

 

SCANDINAVIA

NOTE ON SHIPPING FEES

You can see the exact amount of shipping to be paid in your cart by selecting the country of delivery, before checkout. This is possible without having to login or creating an account.

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of items ordered, so as to ensure the fairest possible cost.

NOTE ON DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times we indicate are those generally recognized by the carrier. They are to be considered in addition to product availability time and shipping time associated with processing and preparation of the order. No refund of postage will be possible in case of delivery within a longer period than indicated.

 

NOTE ON THE DELIVERY

Upon receipt of your order, it is important to ensure that your package has not been damaged during transport. This check should be done at the time of delivery and in front of the delivery person. If the packaging of your parcel and / or product(s) has been damaged, note defects and damage found on the delivery note of the carrier. You can also refuse the package. This waybill will be an important supporting document for Pigeon Paper Company or the carrier to compensate you (refund, exchange).

NOTE ON CUSTOM FEES

If you have placed an order to a country outside the EU, customs fees and import duties are charged once the package has arrived in the destination country. If your order is accepted by customs, you may have to pay fees and additional taxes. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

HOW MUCH ARE DELIVERY COSTS?

Pigeon Paper Company's delivery costs depend on your order and on the chosen delivery method. For a delivery in Sweden from 5,60€.

For international deliveries, the transport costs from 6,90€.

Free delivery is available from €100 of purchase.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

You will receive an e-mail from Customer Service to inform you that your package has been shipped. In that e-mail, you will get a tracking number to track the progress of your package on your transporter’s website.
