Ready to Ship

Due to prior concerns regarding our long processing times when we were Made-to-Order, along with uncontrolled growth, Pigeon Paper Co. will be ready-to-ship from now on, with an estimated processing time between 3-5 business days. Please refer to your order confirmation receipt sent via email at time of purchase for our most recent processing and shipping time. There will be NO restock on sold out items once a collection is sold out unless otherwise announced. 

Collections will be released once or twice a month. 

 

 

Exchanges

If an item is damaged, please email us with the image showing the damage as well as your order number. If the damage is done on my part, you will receive: 

1.  Store credit in redemption for the damaged product  

2.  A replacement product sent separately 

or

3.  A replacement product sent with an order

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations will not be permitted after 1 hour of purchase.  No cancellations during sales, or major promotions. 

Refunds

 

Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be given. if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and reasoning. My goal is for everybody to enjoy their stickers so please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason.

Other Policies 

  • Pigeon Paper Co. products are not to be resold, and are exclusively for personal use. May be given as a gift.

  • You are not permitted to claim the artwork/product as your own

  • You are not permitted to copy any Pigeon Paper Co. artwork or use artwork without license 

  • All products are for personal use only. Please contact me for commercial licensing.
